"Faith Woven into Fashion: The NOBODY BUT GOD Story of Triumph and Transformation"

May 21, 2021, marks a pivotal chapter in my life, a day that went from an ordinary day to a day of turmoil and confusion, reshaping my existence in unimaginable ways.

I was returning home from work, paused at a stop light, waiting to merge into the turn lane, I was unaware that in mere moments, my life would take a drastic turn.

Without any forewarning, chaos ensued. My car was struck from behind by a speeding vehicle, the impact causing a loud explosion of noise and sending me into a disorienting spin. When the motion ceased, I found my car had been propelled to the edge of the railroad tracks. Attempting to exit the vehicle, a numbness crept over my left side, signaling the severity of the incident. Trapped within the twisted metal, it became evident that I was a victim of a severe motor vehicle accident, necessitating rescue workers to cut me free from what had become a cage of wreckage.

My physical toll was extensive: 10 fractured ribs, a collapsed lung, and a tear in my esophagus. These injuries were not merely indicators of physical trauma but also mental trauma which has taken me on a long and arduous journey toward recovery. Beyond the physical scars, the accident left an unforgettable mark on my daily life, manifesting in constant back pain and basically altering my daily routines and abilities.

The three years since the accident have been a testament to survival, marked by an absence from work and continuous physical therapy. But it is here, in the midst of adversity, where my story merges with a profound truth that has guided me through the darkness: It was Nobody but God who snatched me from the hands of death.


As I share my story, I hope to reach others navigating their own trials, offering a message of hope, resilience, and faith. The road to recovery is fraught with challenges, but it is also lined with the milestones of our faith, courage, and the unyielding will to overcome. Together, we can traverse the most arduous paths, fortified by our faith and the collective strength of our shared experiences.
